NYC Street Pets is a store including fabric samples/accessories with illustrative designs representing the life we see in the city. The animal collection includes different categories of "street pets" we see everywhere, ranging from squirrels, dogs, mice, and pigeons. These diverse creatures are often overseen in the big city, so we bring them to you in stylish accessories such as scarves, bandanas, hair ribbons, and much more.

Garden Friends
For Garden Friends, the goal was to bring a different mindset about these creatures with a friendlier approach. With green colors and warm tones for the feeling of being in the garden with mice.
City Birdview
Bringing all parts of the city together, City Birdview has different points of view showing the animals in different scenes. Brighter colors as you would see around NY.
Dissimilar Dogs
Dissimilar Dogs bring two different personalities. One is being fashionable, possibly wearing some accessories like a bow or scarf. And the other with a sweeter tone holding a flower.
Thought Process
Here you can see an example of my thought process for one of the illustrations, Dissimilar Dogs. Looking back at the beginning of the illustration is refreshing in regards to seeing where I started with my initial idea, and noting the steps I took while developing this illustration. Because of this insight, I was able to create and illustrate the other designs.
Intimate Squirrels
The idea for Intimate Squirrels is to give the feeling as if you are with the squirrels. The warm tone colors used bring a sense of comfort and familiarity.
