A marketplace located in New York, South Street Seaport, where you can find a collection of distinctive and diverse merchants that adds up to more than just your average food hall.

People usually do not know the history of marketplaces and the culture they grew from. They are not as engaged with connecting with your local vendors, neighbors, and community as some should.

An experience looking back on history to know where the marketplace community had started. Tapping into an immersive space by taking inspiration from marketplaces from different countries.

In the past, food markets were a place to obtain specific items for your daily needs, such as fresh meat or sausages from a butcher and milk from a local dairy, while eggs and vegetables were either produced by families themselves, bartered for with neighbors, or purchased at a farmers' market or a local greengrocer. Like museums, SeaHall holds value and history by showing us the past and what it meant back. We want the importance of learning about SeaHall to be shown and put us in a position to gain experience, unlike grocery stores.
